Cake over Keto: Episode 1 - Isn't not dieting just an excuse to eat everything?
There are some folks out there who believe choosing not to diet means you don’t give a crap; why would someone not want to lose weight if it meant they got a ticket to lasting health and happiness land?
But here follows a public service announcement folks: this is utter crap.
In this episode, Mel lets the cat out of the bag about what the diet industry never tells you (and what weight science does tell us) about weight loss.
She also explains what not dieting can still look like and why the idea of ‘isn't not dieting just an excuse to eat everything?’ couldn’t actually be further from the truth.
Content warning: Mel mentions body weight and may mention Calories and the O word. There will always be context – but please be mindful if you are triggered by these.
